It is made up by sandwiching the nylon strip in between two nitrile rubber sheet which is formed by using acrylonitrile and butadiene. It has an excellent capability to withstand shock and impact forces during the belt transmission. This flexible and foldable unit also offers good resistance against low as well as higher temperatures.
